Tribe Pride - Sweet 16

The Tribe Pride is hard to hide when it comes to this Montgomery County Native. I know that Coach Bart Rison is as proud of his girls as I am to be writing about them. Montgomery County beat our border county rivals George Rogers Clark 4-0 to win the 10 region and advance to the Sweet 16 Kentucky High School State Tournament. I wish our girls the best of luck as they compete to become the next Kentucky State Champions.

There is a tough road ahead for all 16 teams as they try to swing and catch their way to the top against the best Kentucky has to offer. In the end there will be only one team standing high on that golden step holding that sacred trophy high above their heads. Good luck to all teams but my heart will always be with my Indians.
